A half beef is approximately 220 lbs of beef.
Your half beef share will come with approximately: 40% Premium Ground Beef packaged conveniently in individual 1 lb packages. 35% Savory Cuts including roasts and packages of stew meat. 25% Steaks such as Sirloin Tips, Top Sirloins, New York Strips, Rib Eyes, Brisket, and Tenderloin.
Your meat products come vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness and ensure an extended shelf life.
Suet and tallow included upon request.
