Pasture-raised, local, nutritious.

Tuscarora Meadow Brook Farm was inspired by the charm of country living in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. With a deep love for local, homegrown food and a desire to make good quality meat more accessible. We've slowly gained recognition as one of our county's best sources of high quality local beef and pork.

Still have questions? Here's how the entire process works

Choose Your Share: Decide how much meat you want to purchase. For first-timers, a smaller share like 1/4 cow or 1/2 hog might be a good starting point.

Reserve Your Share: Secure your share with deposit. You can pay your deposit easily online.

Processing: We'll choose an animal from pasture and our expert butcher will take care of processing and packaging the meat. You can customize how you’d like your meat cut within the first 24 hours of ordering.

Aging: For beef, we typically age the meat for a few weeks to enhance tenderness and flavor. This step isn’t necessary for pork.

Packaging: The meat is then packaged and labeled. We use vacuum-sealing to ensure freshness and longevity in your freezer.

Pickup: Once the meat is processed and packaged, you'll be notified to pick it up.

Enjoy: You'll have a well-rounded selection of meats in your freezer to enjoy over several months.
