Here's what you need to know about Cut Sheets

Purchasing a Share can be confusing. Don’t worry. We're here to guide you through your purchase.

Your order starts with a deposit, then you decide if you'd like the standard cuts or custom cuts. We use what's called a 'cut sheet' which, outlines the specific cuts of meat. It's essentially a customized order form for meat processing.

As a valued customer, you get a chance to customize your cut sheet within the first 24 hours of buying. If that's the case, just give our Farm Manager a call at (304)-268-8388, and we'll make sure your order is exactly how you want it!

Standard Cut Sheets

1/2 Beef

1/2 of a Beef Share will provide approximately 220 lbs of meat. You'll need about 12 cubic feet of freezer space to store your meat.

1/2 Beef Cut Sheet

1/4 Beef

A 1/4 Beef Share will provide approximately 110 lbs of meat. You'll need approximately 6 cubic feet of freezer space for this beef share.

1/4 Beef Cut Sheet

1/8 Beef

A 1/8 Beef Share will provide approximately 65 lbs of meat. You will need approximately 4 cubic feet of freezer space.

1/8 Beef Cut Sheet

Whole Hog

A Whole Hog Share will bring approximately 130 lbs of meat to your front door. You will need approximately 8 cubic feet of freezer space for this hog share.
